Launched in 1949, Sturmanskie was designed exclusively for the Russian military and navy troops. Therefore, the watches were not only reliable and durable but they were also designed with serious navigating and survival features. In fact, it was a Sturmanskie watch that Russian Cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin wore when he orbited the space in 1961.
This watch made ca.1960s and has all original parts (dial, case, movement) and new modern textile wristband.

Case: Original case with screw back cover.
Movement: 16 jelews mechanical handwind movement with shockproof balance made by 1st Moscow watch factory ca. 1960s, movt. # 223298.
The watch is checked, cleaned and adjusted, it is in the good cosmetic and working condition.
